Captain America, Red Skull and Bucky have been cast in the 2011 epic The First Avanger: Captain America.
Chris Evans will be playing the immortal Captain America. He's signed a 7 picture deal, meaning he'll be in this, The Avangers and any sequels or spin-offs these films produce.
Sebastian Stan will play Bucky. The Gossip Girl star will play Captain's sidekick, though don't expect a soft Robin type. I've been told he'll be a much darker character this time around. Hugo Weaving will meanwhile play the villain, Red Skull.
Great casting, though I still think Joe Hamm (Mad Men, Shrek Forever After) should've played Captain America.
