Review: Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
I think each Ice Age film represents a new genre. The first one was drama, the second comedy and this one is action. Still, this is the weakest one yet, though far better than Shrek 3.
This time, Manny and Ellie are having a baby and Sid is looking for friendships. He finds some eggs and learns they are dinosaurs!! Soon, they land in a land of dinosaurs and have to escape with Buck a 1-eyed weasel (Simon Pegg).
I think this was okay, but a little too long. Still, the voices are fun (Though Ray Ramono is a little too soft.) The animation is great but 3D seems to be intentionally placed which is anooying.
Overall, it's okay, but needs work, although it is a fun ride.
Overall: 7.7 out of 10 or B
